Alumni travel is fairly new to Marian Catholic, and comes from one of the recommendations of the Long Range Plan which calls for educational and cultural trips abroad with Marian Catholic Alumni and friends.

As part of Marian's year-long 50th Anniversary celebration, the 2009 trip is "home" to Springfield, Illinois. More information and an itinerary will be available here as the plans are set.

The Spring 2008 trip was to the beautiful Napa Valley of California. (click here to view photos) Wine tasting, tours, spas and fabulous meals were just a fraction of the itinerary.

Spring of 2007 was the second trip, this time to Ireland. (click here to view photos) This seven day trip included stops in Dublin, Kilkenny, Kinsale, Cliffs of Moher and Galway. Castles and countryside, gardens and Guinness, and terrific weather (better than home that week!) made for a wonderful journey.

The first Alumni and Friends trip was to Italy in the Spring of 2006. (click here to view photos) Our intrepid travelers spent 14 days in Italy touring the cities of Florence, Rome, Venice, Sorrento, Milan and others.
