QUICK KICKS: Kevin O'Donnell scored early to give Marian a lead, but the host Spartans eventually bowed out of the St. Rita Regional on Oct. 17 with a 2-1 loss to St. Rita. The Mustangs were able to advance to the regional semifinals by avenging an earlier 1-0 loss to the Spartans (7-12-4).
