QUICK KICKS: Marian Catholic managed to blank Lincoln-Way East in the second half of a Bloom Class AA Regional semifinal on Oct. 28. However, the Griffins used an early three-goal blitz to take an early lead advance to the regional championship with a 4-0 decision over the Spartans.
The setback concluded a strong, turnaround season for Marian, which ended the campaign with an 11-7-3 mark. |
