Add Favorites or Bookmarks |
Here are some instructions for adding Favorites (Internet Explorer) or Bookmarks (Firefox) in your browser. These are the same functions and the terms can be interchangeable, but just are called two different names, and are just shortcut links to websites that you visit.
Internet Explorer
- Go to a webpage that you would like to Bookmark.
- Once the page has loaded, click on "Favorites", then down to "Add to Favorites"
- Another dialog box will appear asking what you would like to call the link. You have the option of changing the Favorites link if you wish, ie: if the page link is called "home", you might want to change it to something more descriptive like "Marian Catholic High School"
- Click "ok" and the next time you view you Favorites, the link will appear.
