FACTS Tuition Assistance Application

Marian Catholic High School has moved to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment as the new platform for tuition assistance applications. This change will give families convenient online access, along with tools to complete and track both tuition assistance applications and payment plans.

The tuition assistance application opens every year on October 1 for the following school year, and you’ll find the application link below. To be considered for the most amount of assistance, every family is encouraged to complete the FACTS application to ensure full consideration for available support.

Scholarships

Marian Catholic is thrilled to offer renewable merit and leadership scholarships. These are designed to reward excellence and open doors for future Spartans. Through the Veritas Merit Award, students who shine on the High School Placement Test (HSPT) can now earn generous scholarships, including FULL tuition for top scorers.* Students who apply for the St. Dominic Leadership Award will be considered for additional scholarship support.* It’s our way of celebrating achievement and making a Marian Catholic education more accessible than ever.

*Both scholarships are renewable up to four years. Renewability is subject to scholarship eligibility guidelines.

Eligibility Guidelines

Merit awards are renewable for all four years, provided the student maintains a 3.5 GPA, a positive discipline record and remains consistently enrolled at Marian Catholic. Additionally, students must take the entrance exam on December 5, 2026, at Marian Catholic to be eligible for Merit Scholarships.

St. Dominic Leadership Award

The St. Dominic Leadership Award recognizes incoming students who demonstrate exceptional leadership potential, a commitment to service, and a desire to make a positive impact on the Marian Catholic community. Rooted in the Dominican tradition, it recognizes students who take initiative and play an active role in their school community.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

Students must submit all required materials by December 18, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. All documents should be uploaded directly within the application. Families are encouraged to wait to begin the application until all supplemental materials are ready to upload.

Awards and Discounts

Discounts: Marian Catholic is happy to offer several discount opportunities for families who qualify. Please note that total discounts are capped at $3,000 per student, per academic year; the sibling discount is the only exception to this cap.

Indiana Choice Scholarship Match - $2,000/year

Marian Catholic realizes that families coming from Indiana are, in some cases, forgoing the benefit of the Indiana Choice Scholarship to attend Marian. If a family resides in Indiana and the household income is below the threshold required, Marian Catholic will match the Indiana Choice Scholarship up to $2,000/year. To be eligible for the match, families must complete the tuition assistance application to verify their household income.

Catholic Graduate Award - $1,000/year

Sibling Discount - $1,000/student

Alumni Discount - $1,000/year

Marian Catholic supports and encourages legacy families. In recognition of that, Marian Catholic offer a discount of $1,000/year for all four years to any incoming student whose parent is a Marian graduate. You do not need to complete the tuition assistance application to receive this discount, but families should indicate alumni status on the online admissions application.

Catholic Educator Discount - $1,000/year

Marian Catholic supports those who dedicate their life to Catholic education. Therefore, Marian Catholic offers a discount of $1,000/year for all four years to any incoming student whose parent is an educator at a Catholic grade school or high school. There is no need to complete the tuition assistance application to receive this discount, but families should indicate the employer on the online admissions application.
