Entrance Exam
Please note: an admission application must be completed for the student prior to registering for the entrance exam. Applications will be available on our website on November 11th.
All students who plan to attend Marian Catholic High School must be present for the entrance exam. A link to register for the entrance exam will be sent upon completing the admissions application.
The entrance exam for the Class of 2029 is December 7, 2024, at 8 a.m.
What to know for the day of the exam:

Arrive at least 20 minutes early and enter at the Leadership Center located off Joe Orr Road and be prepared to stay until 12:30 p.m.

Testers should bring two sharpened #2 pencils and a $25 test fee (cash or check made out to Marian Catholic High School)

No calculators are allowed
Students should know the following information:
- Parent(s) Names
- Home Mailing Address (Street, City, State, Zip)
- Primary Contact Phone
- Grade school, including town
Entrance Exam Preparation
Marian Catholic does not endorse any of these books nor do we offer entrance exam preparation courses.
Recommended books are ones that contain samples of the various tests given by different high schools, including the sample of the HSPT, which is the test given at Marian Catholic.
Bookstores, Amazon, etc. usually have, or will order for you, books to help prepare students for entrance exams at Catholic high schools.
