Marian Catholic High School welcomes transfer students in Chicago Heights, Illinois
Marian Catholic warmly welcomes transfer students who wish to continue their high school journey as part of our community. Each year, Marian Catholic invites qualified students to become part of the Marian Catholic tradition of academic excellence, faith, and service.
 

All transfer students must have a minimum B average (3.0 cumulative GPA) and a clean discipline record with no major infractions. 

All applications for the upcoming school year should be submitted no later than June 1.

To apply to Marian Catholic as a transfer student, families must complete the following steps through the the Marian Catholic Parent Portal. 

  1. Complete the Transfer Student Application
  2. Submit a short statement from the student explaining why they would like to transfer to Marian 
  3. Submit a short statement from the parent or guardian explaining the reason for the transfer
  4. Provide a full release of attendance and discipline records
  5. Submit an official high school transcript
  6. Once admitted, submit a $500 enrollment deposit, which will be applied toward the upcoming school year's tuition

Marian Catholic Parent Portal Registration

  • Select “Create Account” and enter your name, email address, and a password of your choice.
  • After creating your account, log in and click the green box on the left labeled “Begin Application Process.”
  • Complete and submit the Portal Registration Form to finalize your setup.
  • Once inside your portal, select “View Checklist.” You’ll see the Transfer Student Application ready for you to complete.
