Marian Catholic won its 17th and 18th IHSA individual state titles on May 26, 2018 in Charleston at the Track and Field State Championships. The quartet of Brent Fitzgerald, Jalen Frazier, Daryl McIntosh and Josh Smith (left) won both the Class 2A 400-meter and 800-meter relays. The Spartans have won individual state titles in wrestling (seven), men's track (five), women's track (three), men's swimming (two) and men's basketball three-point (one).

Marian Catholic team IHSA State Championships have been achieved in 4A Football, 3A Baseball, 4A Women's Basketball and 3A Women's Volleyball.

Marian college commitments in April 2019 include (clockwise, from bottom right) Ariana Lopez (Loras softball), Olivia Perry (St. Xavier cheerleading), Lauren Hatch (E. Marian Catholic High School occasionally seeks individuals to fill several coaching positions. Candidates must have a valid teaching certificate or ASEP certification.
