September 24, 2018: Leadership Day for Eighth Grade Students (Invitation Only)
Students participate in leadership training utilizing various leadership styles. Designed especially for student government and school activity leaders, students learn how to handle common leadership challenges.
Fall 2018 and Spring 2019: Shadow Program
Students are welcome to “shadow” any day they have a free day from school. Eighth graders may shadow September 1 through December 1. Seventh graders may shadow January 8 through May 18. Students need to submit a completed shadow request form that includes approval from their current school. Super Shadow Days will be October 8 for 8th-grade students and February 18 for 7th-grade students.
October 10, 2018: Open House for Parents and Students
Spend Wednesday evening from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm getting a solid on-site overview of Marian Catholic programs in academics, preparation for college, opportunities for involvement, leadership, and service.
November 18, 2018: Open House for Parents and Students
Spend Sunday afternoon, from 1 pm to 4 pm getting a solid on-site overview of Marian Catholic programs in academics, preparation for college, opportunities for involvement, leadership, and service.
December 1, 2018: High School Entrance Exam
Testing for eighth-grade students for all Catholic high schools in the Chicago Archdiocese begins at 8 am. Marian Catholic High School will use the STS exam. Students should test at the school they would like to attend. Check with individual high schools regarding testing/acceptance policies.
February 27, 2019: 7th Grade Amazing Academic Race (Invitation Only)
Students will compete by schools in the areas of math, creative writing, science and world issues while solving clues that take them to their next quest.
April 9 and 11, 2019: Fine Arts Day for Sixth Grade Students (Invitation Only)
Marian Catholic’s Fine Arts Department perform their spring musical for sixth-grade students.

Please contact 708-756- 9770 to acquire an Activity Pass or to receive a brochure. The pass allows prospective students free entrance to Marian Catholic home athletic events.

SPARTAN SUMMER ACADEMY
Marian Catholic’s Summer Stem Academy brings science, technology, engineering and math to life! Students entering first through eighth grades experience classroom instruction, experiments, research, and field trips. Additional information is available at Spartan Academy.
SUMMER ATHLETIC CAMPS
