Marian Madness 2020
Marian Catholic Alumni and Fans,
We are extremely saddened to have to cancel this year’s Marian Madness celebration. However, we recognize the threat the coronavirus (COVID-19) poses and appreciate the sacrifices everyone is making to keep our community as healthy as possible.
It is difficult to plan ahead as the news cycle changes by the minute. However, after this crisis passes, it will be important for us all to gather as a community. We are exploring alternative ways to bring the spirit of Marian Madness back, stronger than ever.
Our athletes and their families work hard to afford a Marian Catholic education, and they work even harder to play on our teams. Marian Madness raises over $40,000 each year to help offset the cost to these families. We ask that you consider donating at least $30, equal to the price of admission, to the Athletic Fund in this time of unprecedented need for our students. Donations can be made below! Thank you to those who have agreed to sponsor this event this year despite the circumstances: John Benish '84 (Cook-Illinois Corporation) and Eileen & Tim Bergen.
Keep calm and fight on Spartans!
