Spartans foiled by St. Laurence in regional title tilt
May 28- St. Laurence scored in every inning on Saturday in handing Marian Catholic a 10-0 loss in the championship contest of the Marian IHSA 3A Regional. The Spartans managed just three hits in being eliminated by the Vikings for a second straight year (2021 Elite Eight). Jonah Weathers was 2-for-3 with a stolen base for the Spartans.
