Spartans top JCA for regional finals berth
May 24- Winning pitcher Katie Pollock cracked a two-run single for the lead run and Brooke Waddle belted a two-run home to key a five-run seventh inning in a 6-2 comeback victory over Joliet Catholic in the Marian 3A Regional semifinals Tuesday. The Spartans (16-16) will play in Friday's regional title contest at 4:30 p.m.
