Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Marian Catholic High School celebrates the dignity of each person and the strength that comes from a diverse school community. As persons created in the image and likeness of God, the Marian Catholic community experiences a rich variety of cultures and races and mutually works toward eliminating the misconceptions, structures, and systems that divide those cultures.

Marian Catholic educates students on ethical Christian leadership in a world rich with diversity. Students are taught to develop a global view as they grow to become citizens beyond their immediate communities.

As a Dominican school, we are committed to the search for Truth by utilizing the Dominican Pillars of Prayer, Study, Community, and Preaching. Marian Catholic echoes the sentiments of the Dominican Sisters of Springfield in working towards an anti-racist society. We are accountable to all people based on respect, equality, and justice. Together we examine all aspects of our mission and programs to incorporate values that witness the fulfillment of God’s inclusive plan for salvation.
